What is Sex Coaching?

Let’s start with what it is not.  Sex Coaching is not Sex Therapy, which explores one’s past and diagnoses dysfunction and problems from a pathological view.

Sex Coaching is based out of sexology, which is the study of what people do sexually and how they think and feel about it. It embraces the full range of consensual adult sexual behavior.

Sex Coaching is a sex positive approach to guiding a client to move past their sexual issue to their ultimate desired sexuality.
